Bluestone performed an in-depth study of the Ravine Failure Adjacent to Building 120 Study. The project included performing a visual inspection of the site, coordinating a professional survey, preparing a recommendations report for remediating erosion in areas along the ravine slopes and parcel edges. The evaluation and recommendations report included determining the sources and causes of the erosion, a variety of strategies to remedy the erosive areas, cost estimates, probable environment constraints, and a review, explanation, and estimated costs of anticipated environmental permits needed to perform the mitigation.
